For New & Emerging Leaders
A focused, four‑week coaching program for new and emerging leaders ready to build clarity, confidence, and early momentum.
This 4‑week program is a focused, structured introduction to coaching designed specifically for new and emerging leaders who want to quickly deepen their self‑awareness and strengthen their leadership impact.
Unlike my longer 6–12 month coaching engagements — which offer spacious, bespoke development over time — this program provides a clear, time‑bound framework which includes:
- 90-minute debrief of your Hogan Assessments (HPI, HDS, MVPI)
- 60‑minute coaching session
- 30‑minute session
- targeted resources to accelerate insight and confidence.
It’s ideal for leaders stepping into new roles, navigating early challenges, or wanting a concentrated burst of clarity and support as they establish their leadership foundations.
Program Structure
Week 1
Hogan Assessments: 45-minutes
Hogan Assessments assist you to understand the disparity between how you think of yourself and how others see you. You will receive a request to complete three online surveys from which three reports are produced. Using predictive data, self-assessment answers are correlated with peer descriptions.
Week 2
Coaching Session 1: 90-minutes
Session Focus: understanding yourself as a leader.
In this session we will debrief your Hogan Assessments (three separate reports), so you can better understand your leadership & reflect on your impact.
Week 3
Coaching Session 2: 60-minutes
Session Focus: exploration of strengths, through recent leadership experiences – celebrating successes and exploring derailing events/shadow behaviours.
In this session we will examine how your strengths are impacting your work, relationships, and wellbeing.
Week 4
Coaching Session 3: 30-minutes
Session Focus: coaching insights.
In this session we will discuss the insights you’ve acquired, progress you’ve made, explore future areas for growth and consider ongoing development needs.
What's Included
Hogan Assessments
The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) measures how you behave in day-to-day life when you are at your best – it’s the Bright Side of your normal personality.
The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) measures how you behave when you’re under stress and pressure – it identifies the personality-based derailers that can limit your potential.
The Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) measures your core values, goals and interests – these are the things that determine satisfaction and drive your career, helping to identify ideal roles and work environments.
Virtual coaching sessions, scheduled for dates/times that suit you:
1 x 90-minute debrief
1 x 60-minute session
1 x 30-minute session
+ bespoke resources to support your development needs.
Time commitment: 4 hours, over 4 weeks.
Total cost: $1450+GST.
