Skill Development Sessions
Looking for a positive learning experience for your staff, with practical tools and engaging activities? Face-to-Face & Virtual Skill Development Sessions are designed to be very experiential, allowing participants to apply their learning to solve real challenges.
These sessions are aimed at introducing new concept, with practical tools and engaging activities. Delivered face-to-face or virtually, Skill Development Sessions are suitable for groups up to 25 people. Regardless of the group composition, my aim is to ensure everyone has a positive learning experience.
Full Day
A full-day Skill Development Session enables a “deep dive” into the chosen topic/s, with lots of time for small group work, sharing and experiential learning.
Half Day
A half-day Skill Development Session normally runs from 9am-1pm, or 1pm-5pm. This allows time for deeper exploration of a single topic, or lighter introduction of two topics.
2-Hour ‘Taster’
Where time is limited and you want to lightly introduce a topic to your group/team, a 2-hour Skill Development Session might be suitable.
One-to-One Sessions
One-to-one Sessions are about personalising the learning for you. In a series of sessions we can work on a specific leadership competency to meet your identified skill ‘gap’, making this a more bespoke approach than generic leadership development programs.
