Emerging & Aspiring Leaders Program 

Most leadership development programs are about "what you do" as a leader - they provide a foundational tool kit. The Emerging & Aspiring Leaders Program is different - it's about "who you are" as a leader. In the Program, we explore your unique strengths and what drives you as a leader. We consider the leadership brand you want to be known for, looking at how you lead when you are at your best and the strategies to help manage your leadership shadow.

Who is the Program for?

This program is designed for emerging/aspiring leaders, or recently established leaders, who find themselves in formal leadership roles for the first time.

What is Small Group Coaching?

While leadership coaching is traditionally delivered one-to-one, this program is delivered with a small group coaching approach, which provides participants with the opportunity to normalise their experience and learn from the collective wisdom of the group.

The Program Structure (below) shows how each small group coaching session has a clear focus. Sessions are highly experiential, with an action-learning approach that enables the learning to be applied to solve real work challenges.

As part of the program design, between sessions, participants will be encouraged to experiment with new tools and behaviours.

Details:

  • Up to 10 participants can register for each Program.
  • The small group size guarantees a high degree of interaction, and individual attention.
  • Pre-work and other supporting resources are provided throughout the program.
  • To maintain participant confidentiality, sessions are not recorded.

Extra Support Available:

One-to-one Leadership Coaching is designed to meet your specific individual needs. Working together, we will identify and explore the shifts you need to make to enhance your performance or improve your wellbeing (because wellbeing is a prerequisite for performance!) We will explore positive strategies for managing the challenges you face at work.

Cost: $550+GST per person, which includes pre and post work. A 10% deposit is payable on registration, with the balance payable one month prior to program commencement.

Tailored Program

Delivered Face-to-Face (in Adelaide), or Virtually.

All sessions are scheduled for dates/timesthat suit your group.

For face-to-face delivery, the venue is organised by you.

For virtual delivery, sessions are conducted via Zoom.

Cost: you can register a group of 10 people for $4990+GST.
