Emerging Leaders Program
Most leadership development programs are about "what you do" as a leader - they provide a foundational tool kit. The Emerging Leaders program is different - it's about "who you are" as a leader. We explore your unique strengths and what drives you as a leader, consider how you want to be seen by others, and look at how you lead when you are at your personal best.

Who is the program for?
This program targets emerging or recently established leaders, staff who find themselves in formal leadership roles for the first time, or who aspire to such roles.

Leadership Development Plan
Small Group Coaching Approach
While leadership coaching is traditionally delivered one-to-one, these small group coaching programs provide an opportunity for participants to normalise their experience and learn from the collective wisdom of the group.
Each group coaching session has a clear focus and is highly experiential, with an action-learning approach that enables the learning to be applied to solve real work challenges. Coaching uses an action learning approach and at the end of each session participants will be asked to clarify the action or experiment to which they are committed. As part of the program design, between sessions, participants will be encouraged to experiment with new tools and behaviours.
Delivery
- Up to 10 participants can be registered in each program. The small group size guarantees participants a high degree of interaction, and individual attention.
- Group coaching sessions will be scheduled in consultation with the organisation for dates/times that suit the group.
- Pre-work and other supporting resources will be provided throughout the program.
- Sessions normally scheduled 3-4 weeks apart to maintain momentum.
- The program will normally run over a period of 3-4 months.
- To maintain participant confidentiality, sessions are not recorded..
- For face-to-face delivery, the venue is to be organised by the client, noting that a well-chosen venue can enhance the experience.
- The program can be delivered virtually (via Zoom) or face-to-face. To enable work in breakout rooms, participants need to join the Zoom meeting from their own device.
